Our school lunches are supplied by Beaconsfield High School School, delivered every day. These meals are free for children in Reception Class and Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2) and for those children in receipt of Free School Meals throughout the year groups. For children in KS2 (Years 3-6) the cost is £2.30. On Thursdays The Friends provide hot dogs which also cost £2.30, with the profits going towards school funds. All lunches should be ordered via ParentPay.
BHS require our order a day in advance, and we use the numbers on ParentPay to place that order. Lunches therefore need to be booked via ParentPay by 8am the day before lunch is required, and by 8am on Friday for lunch the following Monday morning. Lunches for the first day of term or half term also need to be booked by 8 am on the last day of term.
It is parent’s responsibility to cancel their own child's lunches if their requirements change for example if their child is absent - as a school we are charged for the lunches we have ordered. If you would like your child’s lunch payment credited back to your account you must cancel the lunch via ParentPay a minimum of 24 hours in advance (ie before the 8 am order deadline).
Please be aware that we can offer Jacket Potatoes on any day but need to be pre-ordered via the school office and not via ParentPay (in advance within the time frame as detailed above).
